William Roddy
Founder / Managing Member / Head of Content / Head of Mid-West and European Sales
Bill is the Founding Partner of Kailash Concepts, LLC, a quantamental research platform that is structured to capitalize on world class quantitative expertise, market leading knowledge in behavioral finance intersected with fundamental analysis and oversight. Bill has over 30 years of experience in the Investment Industry.
Most recently, Bill has been head of partner relations for Kailash Concepts, LLC as a Managing Director at Baird and at Knight Capital where he co-founded Kailash Concepts. In addition, he is a former Senior Partner at Century Capital in Boston where he was Director of Research, Head of Business Development and Distribution with an emphasis on marketing to RIAs and Tier 1-3 Consultants.
Prior to Century Capital, Bill spent the bulk of his career at William Blair & Co in Chicago where he was the Head of Institutional Sales and Trading and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Bill’s career began as a CPA at Price Waterhouse in Cleveland Ohio. Bill is a graduate of John Carroll University with a BSBA in accounting.
Jim Rocchio
Co-founder / Head of Distribution / Head of West Coast and Canada Sales
Jim has 26 years of experience in the Investment Industry beginning at Hambrecht & Quist and having held senior equity sales roles at JP Morgan, Bear Stearns, Knight Capital and Baird. Jim has a proven track record of developing and fostering deep relationships while also creating, building and distributing unique and differentiated sell-side content. Jim received his BA from St. Mary’s College.
Jim lives in San Francisco, CA with his wife Jolene and three children: Santino, Gioberto and Lucia. Hobbies: Surfing, Skiing, Golfing, and Yoga.
Josh Darwin
Head of Boston Regional Sales
Head of the Boston Region and has over 25 years experience in investments. Prior to Kailash Concepts, LLC Josh was a Managing Director and Head of Institutional equity Sales at Bank of America / Merrill Lynch. Josh has provided advisory services to Boston’s Institutional community for over 20 years.
Josh studied at Tabor Academy ’87, The University of London and Tufts University ‘91. Josh is also developing Mathnasium franchises in the Boston area helping students build their math skills and confidence. Josh lives in Needham MA with his wife Ricki and two sons Jack and George. Josh enjoys golf, boating, family time, socializing and markets of every type.
Jay Kreske
Managing Director of Business Development
Jay Kreske is a Managing Director of Business Development at Kailash Concepts. Jay has over 25 years of experience serving institutional clients at major Wall Street firms, including J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, and Mizuho Securities. Jay graduated with degrees in Finance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and holds an MBA from The Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
Jay lives in Chicago with his wife, Jennifer, has three kids in college and enjoys building relationships, serving others and playing and watching sports.

Dr. Sanjeev Bhojraj
Co-founder of Kailash Capital Research, LLC
Sanjeev is a co-founder of Kailash Capital Research, LLC . He is also a portfolio manager and co-founder of L2 Asset Management. Dr. Bhojraj is widely published in the top journals in finance and accounting and specializes in behavioral finance. Dr. Bhojraj is also a Chaired Professor in Asset Management and the co-Director of the Parker Center for Investment Research at Cornell University’s Business School. Dr. Bhojraj has a Ph.D, ACA, ACMA and B.Com.

Matt Malgari
Co-founder of Kailash Capital Research, LLC
Matt is a co-founder of Kailash Capital Research, LLC . He is also a portfolio manager, the Managing Member and co-founder of L2 Asset Management. Matt spent 14 years at Fidelity working as an Assistant Portfolio Manager on the Diversified International Fund, sector analyst, diversified analyst and trader. In 2010 Matt became the Managing Director of Equity Research for Knight Capital Group. Matt received his MBA from Cornell University and BA from Middlebury College and has used a quantamental approach to stock-selection since the 1990s.

Nathan Przybylo
Quantitative Programming
A former associate at Beghou Consulting, Nathan received his MBA from Cornell University. He received a BS in Applied Mathematics from Northwestern University.

John Durkin
Chief Operating Officer
John is former head of Operations for Equity Research at Baird Kailash and Knight Capital Group. John is a graduate of Stonehill College and has passed his CFA Level I.

Tyson Arnedt
General Counsel
Prior to joining Kailash Capital Research, LLC , Mr. Arnedt was an independent consultant to alternative investment firms on various business, operations, and compliance issues. Previously, Tyson was general counsel of a multi-billion dollar, US-based alternative asset manager and before that Chief Operating Officer for the North American operations of a $14 billion global fund-of-hedge funds firm based in Switzerland. He has also held several other executive positions in the alternative investment industry and practiced law in the investment management practices of two prominent New York law firms. Tyson has an A.B. from Hamilton College and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
